Inputs: total addressable customers, target-segment percentage, obtainable percentage, and annual revenue per customer. Output: transparent TAM, SAM, SOM, assumptions, and a non-forecast caveat.
Inputs: one to ten weighted criteria and two to ten options with 0–10 scores. Output: normalized weighted scores and rank. Every option must include every criterion exactly once.
